Two people died and two others sustained injuries in a collision on the southbound 5 Freeway in Anaheim early Thursday, according to ABC7 Los Angeles.
The California Highway Patrol logged the incident near the Lincoln Avenue off-ramp shortly after 3:15 a.m., after which several southbound lanes were closed to traffic.
No information has been released about what led to the collision. The Metro Cities Fire Authority said the two injured individuals were transported to a hospital, though their conditions remain unknown.
